I’m Ben Schaefer, a licensed attorney, title agent and managing partner at Aedis Title. Prior to focusing on real estate and title, I spent many years in litigation. This experience sharpened my understanding of how even small oversights in documentation or compliance can derail a transaction. This is why I’ve made it my mission to bring clarity, reliability, and protection to every client I serve in the title and settlement space.

I earned my Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson School of Law, and hold both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont. Over the years, I’ve built a practice that combines the precision of legal training with the practical needs of buyers, sellers, and agents alike.
