Hi, I’m Dania Yunker. I grew up in California and Hawaii, later lived in Florida, spent time in Belgium, and now call Virginia home.

With over 25 years in the title industry, I’ve worked in every area of the process, from opening to closing and bring a strong understanding of title and settlement. I’m a Notary Public and Licensed Title Agent, focused on accuracy, organization, and exceptional customer service.

As a Post Closer, I review files for completeness, verify funds, prepare and submit documents for recordation, and ensure timely disbursement and lender deliveries.
