Kimberly Jean Follett is the cornerstone of the back office at Aedis Title. A licensed title agent in Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia, she has been in the title insurance industry since 1998 and truly loves the job of helping clients with their home purchases or sales. Kimberly is a fierce advocate for the client and enjoys going above and beyond to make sure a sale goes through and the parties are happy. She has the experience to handle complicated title issues and see them resolved so that buyer, sellers, agents and bankers can all look forward to a successful settlement.

In addition to basic home sales, Kimberly has handled short sales, hand money, foreclosure, REO transactions, refinances and purchases of all kinds. She is a very detailed-oriented person and enjoys handling the difficult issues to ensure that a transaction is as smooth as possible for everyone involved. Kimberly works hard to ensure that the service that Aedis offers is smooth and seamless.
