With over 25 years of experience in the title and settlement services industry, I’ve built my career around helping people through one of the most important—and sometimes most stressful—moments of their lives: closing on a home.

I’m currently a Senior Settlement Processor and Licensed Settlement Agent at Aedis Title, where I support real estate transactions throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer, a seasoned investor, or someone navigating a refinance or short sale, I bring patience, thoroughness, and a commitment to service that puts people at ease.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked on virtually every type of transaction: traditional home sales, new construction, short sales, foreclosures, REO properties, refinances, 1031 exchanges. What I’ve learned is that every closing tells a story, and my job is to help make sure it ends with peace of mind and a successful transfer of ownership.

One of the things I pride myself on is my ability to solve complex title issues with accuracy and efficiency. I believe in being proactive, clear, and available to my clients every step of the way. Whether it’s walking someone through their closing disclosure or coordinating with lenders and agents to ensure timelines are met, I take ownership of the process from start to finish.
