Muhammad Gulsher

Hi, I’m Muhammad Gulsher, A licensed real estate sales and title insurance professional based in Virginia. After taking a year to reflect and determine the right path forward, I’ve made a full return to the real estate industry, an area I’ve always been passionate about. With new licenses in both real estate sales and title insurance, I’m now focused on helping clients navigate property transactions with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.

Previously, I worked as a Client Service Associate at Arthur J. Gallagher, where I supported client service managers by issuing Certificates of Insurance, managing premium collections, and assisting with new business and renewal processes. I take pride in delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships in every role I’ve held.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University (2023) and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College (2021). In addition to my real estate credentials, I also hold a Property and Casualty Insurance License and am a Certified Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS).

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Real Estate Assistant Appraiser at Appraise It LLC, conducting property evaluations in compliance with federal regulations and USPAP standards. This background blending insurance, valuation, and now real estate sales equips me with a unique, well-rounded perspective when guiding clients through real estate and title processes.

I’m fluent in Urdu and Punjabi, and conversational in Hindi, which allows me to effectively serve a diverse client base. I’m excited to be back in the real estate world and committed to delivering trustworthy, knowledgeable, and personalized service.
