I’m Shabnam Kandahari, the Business Development Representative at Aedis Title, where I focus on cultivating strategic relationships and ensuring our clients experience seamless, stress-free settlements from start to finish. With over a decade of experience in high-performance sales and nearly ten years as a Venue Sales Director, I bring a unique blend of communication expertise, client empathy, and business strategy to every transaction.

Before joining Aedis Title, I spent 9.5 years leading venue sales and event operations in Northern Virginia’s luxury events market. During that time, I managed multi-million-dollar sales portfolios, negotiated high-value contracts, and guided clients through complex decision-making with clarity and confidence. This experience sharpened my understanding of the real estate ecosystem—particularly how precision, communication, and trust shape successful outcomes.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Communication from George Mason University, with a concentration in Interpersonal and Organizational Relationships and a Minor in Business. This background allows me to bridge the human side of real estate—the relationships, the collaboration, the trust—with the operational excellence required to bring each deal to the closing table smoothly.
